Education is a Girl's Best Friend is an opportunity to support the mission of the Foundation for the Young Women's Leadership Academy – to serve and empower young women to achieve academic and leadership excellence at the Young Women's Leadership Academy (YWLA).
YWLA equips girls with the skills needed to pursue academic and leadership opportunities through a seven-year program, starting in sixth grade. YWLA has achieved that goal of 100% of the senior class being admitted to a four-year college/university with its nine graduating classes. And the Class of 2025 is poised to do the same.
